Jim Breslin
Managing Editor
Jim Breslin prefers cheeseburgers over filet mignon and porter over pilsner. He once ordered and ate Six Meats and Sauerkraut in Luxembourg, though he didn’t finish the tripe. He’s fumbled with chopsticks in Beijing, eaten conch fritters in Grand Cayman and fish and chips in Australia. His biggest dining faux pas? Asking a Quizno’s employee in Toronto for American cheese. At home, he is known for homemade pizza, stromboli, and killer enchiladas. Jim is also the founder of the West Chester Story slam and a fiction writer. His first collection of short stories, Elephant, is best served with Victory Hopdevil or a a chilled Pinot Grigio.

Ronna Dewey
Author
Ronna grew up in Northeast Philly and has had a love of dining out and trying new tastes her whole life. The daughter of supermarket owners, she spent her youth browsing never ending aisles of food, checking out huge walk in refrigerators, and reading food labels. She still enjoys spending hours walking through markets.
Ronna began her love affair with beer at Penn State, where she originally learned to order "what’s cheap tonight" beer. After meeting her husband in 1995, her tastes expanded to craft beer and the rest is history. She is President of the local women's social club, The West Chester Beer Ladies, mom to 3 children, and teaches Zumba® Fitness (so that she can eat a lot of food and drink beer).

Sarah Kudlack
Author
Sarah's the owner of Juniper & Dash, an event planning and design company. She's lived in some pretty fun areas over the years but thinks the Northeast is the place to be! She loves pretty much all food… except raw tomatoes & mushrooms -- they have weird textures! She's a BIG fan of Moscato and is sadly allergic to beer. She loves sitting outside to eat dinner in the city and admits that she is a horrible housewife -- she doesn't clean, there are always dishes in the sink, and her stuff consumes three quarters of the bathroom counter.

A frequent traveler to Napa and Sonoma, Nina has an appreciation for great wine and can properly use words like “butter esters" ...and she's also never met a freshly-made seasonal micro brew she didn't like. When Nina’s not leading her team as they bring good-for-you Arbonne products to the masses, she and her hubs can be found with a libation in hand and a plate of something good on the table and telling us all about it.
